Just 9 miles from Edinburgh city centre, the house provides a country setting within easy reach of the city and a range of activities in the surrounding area, including clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, cycling and hiking.
Back at Kirkhill, the Games Room, Dining Room and outdoor hot tub give you plenty of ways to spend time together without having to go anywhere at all.
The house can accommodate groups of 8 to 34 overnight guests, making it possible for everyone to stay together and enjoy the weekend from one base.
